Bowls New Zealand are delighted to announce the appointment of Mike Kernaghan as the Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games campaign Lead Coach.

This means that Kernaghan will be unavailable as a player for international events, however he will honor his selection for the North v South challenge being held at the Hopes Dunedin Lawn Bowls Stadium in September.

Mike will work alongside the World Class Strategy management team of Peter Belliss, John Quinn and Kaushik Patel, but will also drive the 2022 Birmingham Commonwealth Games Campaign plan.
